Return Eligibility

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items should be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food or beverages).
  • Opened or used personal care items, unless defective or damaged.

How to Return

  1. Email us at returns@greenorganic.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Once we receive the product, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Exchanges

  • Want a different item or size? Please contact us at support@greenorganic.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Damaged or Defective Products

We take pride in delivering high-quality products, but if your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at claims@greenorganicusa.com with a photo and description of the issue.
  • We’ll replace the product or issue a refund at no extra cost.

Sustainable Returns
